What can't be returned/replaced?

  • Opened, used, or altered Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for products that have been tampered with or show signs of use.
  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.). Please keep the original packaging for a smooth return
  • Return/replacement requests made after 7 days from the delivery date for wrong/expired
  • Damage/missing product claims reported after 2 days from the delivery
